Peach and Cherry Crumble
A deliciously summery peach and cherry mix under a buttery crumble.

Ingredients

peaches
peeled, de-stoned and chopped

handful
cherries
de-stoned and halved
1
lemon
juice only

tbsp
honey

butter
cut into cubes

plain flour

caster sugar
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 180C.
In a small ovenproof dish, mix together the peaches and cherries with the lemon juice and honey. Stir everything together well.
Rub the butter and flour together in a separate bowl until you have a breadcrumb texture. Stir the sugar into the butter and flour.
Top the fruit with the crumble mix and then bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown.
Notes
If the fruit is a little under ripe you can an extra drizzle of honey to make the fruit filling sweeter.
