To me, the best food is simple and with quality, seasonal, local ingredients. With cooking experimenting is essential and variety is vital. I developed a passion for food in my teens and went
on to do a degree in Nutrition and Food Science.

I write about food because I enjoy sharing my experiences both in restaurants and with my own
recipes.

Based in Berkshire, you can meet me at farmers’ markets and various food festivals throughout
